First, a word from the boss - Head of Creative & Design/CEO Dom McDowall:
Hi everyone,
Thanks to everyone for the kind words after the last update (and to Eoin who said hi in Eire Hobbies!). The old saying that mistakes are inevitable, and it’s dealing with them that counts, has been pointed out by a few people, and I guarantee that the team and I are absolutely committed to fixing them. I think that’s one of the things in C7’s DNA, as a creator-led company. It really matters to me that we make the best games we can, on a deep and personal level. It’s been a difficult year for us, and for me with one thing and another - but that doesn’t change anything about my commitment to making and sharing the best games we can.
So, as we said in the last update, not everything has gone smoothly and we’re doing our best to catch up with those delays to some physical books and accessories - an update on these is below. Generally, though, things are getting back on track, and a load of difficult work

Hi everyone,
Recently, we’ve been dealing with delays on certain orders, and we haven’t responded to customer support requests as quickly as we’d like. We’ve had some changes in the team, and some issues with our production and shipping processes we needed to fix. Getting those things sorted, to ensure this kind of delay can’t happen again, has been our first priority - but in the meantime our customer support team has been a little overwhelmed.

Far to the north and west of the Empire, Wrecker’s Point is a forlorn and windswept headland, buffeted by storms and spray from the Sea of Claws. A few smallholders attempt to eke out a living from the soil, while adventurous sorts chase rumours of lost treasure to find, ancient sites to explore, and bounties to win by bringing dangerous outlaws to justice.
The Jutone Riding, as the area is also known, is a border region, defined by the Sea of Claws to the north, the mysterious Laurelorn Forest to the south, and the fetid marshes
